Fernie Puguon grew up in the Philippines and finished his studies at the University of Ifugao (in the Philippines). His dream is to travel around the world to take pictures of various destinations found in different countries in the world.​

He is working as full-time freelance Virtual Assistant, and he travels during his day off to take pictures that he is proud of. He lived in the Philippines and hoping that one day he will reach his dream.
